Descrição da Função:

CGD, the largest financial institution in Portugal, is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team in Lisbon.Responsibilities:

• Monitor the execution of new journeys from its conception phase to the delivery phase;


• Facilitate the integration of the different teams and entities involved in the implementation of the journeys;


• Collaborate in the estimation and decision making of the available budget given by the squads for the functionalities, and grouping by epics if necessary;


• Work together with the Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Product Owner and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of plans;

Requisitos:

• 5+ professional experience;


• Academic qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Management;


• IT solutions architecture design;


• Management and coordination of teams and projects for the implementation of information systems;


• Design and implementation of application and integration solutions;


• Design and implementation of solutions in the channel area;


• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies;


• Leadership and experience in managing application development services;


• Ability to work creatively and analytically;


• Good oral and written communication (Portuguese and English);


• Ability to set priorities;


• Ease of decision making and problem solving;


• Ease of interpersonal relationships;


• Positive attitude and resilience to complex environments.

Nice to have:

• Masters in Computer Science or Information Systems


• Experience in Backbase (omnichannel platform) + Mulesoft (API Management)
