Descrição da Função:Your Role Purpose A Sitel Team Manager (TM) leads a team of customer experience advisors to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Sharing best practices across teams and build a spirit of teamwork and a work environment that promotes high levels of engagement amongst team members; - Regular monitoring, coaching and development of the team; - Maintain and Increase Associate Satisfaction, hire and retain the best; - Maintain regular communications and feedback with all members of the project. Requisitos: Your profile should match the following description - Native level Italian (C2); - Full Professional Proficiency in English (C1); - College degree in business and/or directly related work experience; - At least two years’ experience in Customer Service, including supervisor experience; - Demonstrating successful coaching and management of others. Ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel) and operational systems/software. Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills. Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
