Descrição da Função:Your Role Purpose A Sitel Team Manager (TM) leads a team of advisors to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved for an outbound telecommunications line. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Share best practices across teams and build spirit of teamwork and a work environment that promotes high levels of engagement amongst team members Regular monitoring, coaching and development of the team; - Maintain and Increase Associate Satisfaction, hire and retain the best; - Maintain regular communications and feedback with all members of the project. Requisitos: Your profile should match the following description: Ideal candidate must speak native level Portuguese with full professional proficiency in English, be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.) and operational systems/software. Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills. Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately. Promote an environment conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness. - College degree in business and/or directly related work experience; - At least two years’ experience in outbound tele-communications, including supervisor experience; - Successful coaching and management of others.
