Green Tech Challenge is looking for a Call Centre Leader to ensure engagement of top green tech startups in their growth programmes. (Lisbon Office) Descrição da Função:Goals: - To source and recruit the top green startups for Green Tech Challenge growth programmes; - To source and book meetings with advisory companies for sponsorships; - To recruit, train and lead a group of tech scouts working with research and engagement of the green startups and advisory companies; Requisitos: Skills needed: - Great sales and telemarketing skills; High level of energy; - Excellent communication skills; - Excellent motivational skills and a good sense of humour; - Great coaching skills in cold calling & sales; - Ability to create culture of accountability; - Ability to manage workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time; - Great social and leadership skills. Experience and education: Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or similar; 3+ years of work experience in sales/marketing; - Experience with HR, hiring and onboarding of successful callers; - Previous experience with leading a call team. Main tasks: - Leading morning energy boosts and end of day round offs; - Recruitment and training of new tech scouts; - Coaching in calling/sales daily; - Bi-Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with Tech Scouts about how they’re doing. - Monitoring research and engagement results; - Having a continuous dialogue with project manager on startup selection and handover for selected startups; - Delivering feedback to programme manager; - Creating tech scouts’ training and onboarding materials etc; - Improvement of call center processes and outreach material.
