Emprego NOC Coordinator (M/F) Empresa:Landing.Jobs Data Publicação:26/01/2021 Descrição da Função:JOB DESCRIPTIONAs the NOC Coordinator, we are looking for someone organized, with good people skills, a strong analytical mind and attention to detail, to manage and evolve the NOC (Network Operations Center) and lead its IT Support Team in Lisbon.This position provides overall direction and leadership to the operational activities of the NOC and ensures the quality of service response to our customers and respective monitoring of the performance of business-critical systems.The ideal candidate will have team leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset. RESPONSIBILITIESAs NOC Coordinator you will be responsible for:Creating and managing a 24x7 command centre, implementing processes for monitoring and alerting, coordination of incident resolution and problem management, coordination during major service interruptions, ensuring notifications and updates, on-going monitoring, and completing detailed reviews for major service;Organizing all the teams work, participate in meetings with other business areas to report on the current status of your unit;Provide guidance and leadership and continuously improve your team’s performance through training and supervision;Directly support key end-users and customers by handling escalations, resolving issues, and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems to prevent delays and outages and quickly resolve ongoing issues;Ensure timely response to customers, as well as ensuring the quality of such responses;Ensure that up-to-date knowledge base exists for all services provided and related incident response flows.You will be in full control of your team being able to constantly tweak and readjust their work methodologies to meet the defined KPIs for your unit. You're also given the responsibility of gathering the training needs, being it internal or external.
