As a trainer, you will responsible for designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. The trainer is responsible for conducting training programs for agents and first-line supervisors on new products/services and/or system changes. Requisitos: Our expectations about you: - As Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for agents and first-line supervisors on new products/services and/or system changes. Deliver training courses: - Participate in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data and scheduling programs; - Maintains training records; - Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans; - Creates and maintains a positive learning environment; - Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance; - Recommends changes to training programs; - Alignment with the Client training program. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Fluent German verbal and written communication skills; - Good organization/time management skills; - Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds; - Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task; - Problem- solving skills; - Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures; - Ability to provide feedback in a positive and supportive manner; - Experience of relevant training and coaching techniques. Education: - College Degree; - OR directly related work experience. Experience Target: - Essential minimum of 6 months call center experience; - Previous teaching or coaching/training experience would be an advantage.
