We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Scrum Master to join Europe's leading entertainment company in our team in Lisbon.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of nearly 8 people from both a technical and project management perspective


• Accurately reporting all progress in both company tools and management reports, delivering results according to plan


• Delivering end-2-end solutions which require client-side and server-side development, and integration efforts


• Work well and develop synergies with own and other teams
  

Requisitos:

• Ability and experience in managing small teams as Scrum Master


• Experience in Agile environments


• Development skills with at least 3 year experience in developing software projects.


• Understanding of Front-end Problems


• Experience in certified Scrum Masters


• Strong focus on Web development


• Good knowledge of client-side development and other development technologies


• Ability to work with high autonomy


• Lisbon-based but should be available to travel frequently if required (possible a few days every month)


• Excellent English speaking skills


• Portuguese Speaker

• Knowledge of technology in general and preferential knowledge of video technologies.
