Descrição da Função:

We build the first real estate meta search powered by AI with a great number and diversity of projects: web crawling (thousands of sources), anomaly detection, NLP, computer vision, duplicate ads detection, market analysis and prediction. All projects are interconnected, therefore you would be able to work on all of them with the team. At a glance here are the main projects you would be involved in:

• General Machine Learning: anomaly detection, duplicate listing detection & matching (there can be up to 50 different listings per property with varying meta data).


• NLP: named entity recognition, information extraction such as types of the property, names of locations, status of property listings (from text and images), features of the property.


• Computer vision: object identification, image classification, duplicate detection.

Problem and mission:

Casafari tracks the entire real estate market by aggregating and matching 6.000.000+ propeties from over 2.000 different sources. We provide both investors and real estate professionals with clean, hyper-local data in real time. Our clients identify the best investment opportunities. Agents close deals 10 times faster. Our clients see our meta search as Trivago for real estate, and the largest, cleanest artificial MLS in Europe.

We are active in the prime real estate markets in Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

Requisitos:

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining


• MSc in CS, Physics, Applied Mathematics are encouraged to apply as well


• Expertise in Computer Vision or NLP


• Experience with the production-level Python code


• Understanding of MongoDB, MySQL, Scala

Nice to have:

• PhD in CS, Machine Learning, Statistics or in a highly quantitative field


• Experience with deep learning
