Descrição da Função:As part of the ASOS Customer Care Team you’ll be responsible for handling all customer queries whether it’s fashion advice or tracking a customer’s delivery. Be part of a multinational team ensuring every day you’re offering the best service to all ASOS customers. Working to deliver answers in suitable response times while offering the highest possible service to all customers via email, social media and live chat channels Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve our team targets Proactively handling sales activities. Requisitos: - Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level mandatory); - Good computer and typing skills; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Great team spirit; - Passion for fashion and attention to detail; - High flexibility to work shifts and on weekends (between 6am and 12pm); - Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably).
