Descrição da Função:

• Participate in the definition, execution and monitoring of marketing and sales initiatives for both Tech Talent and Companies


• Define and evolve processes to manage the whole sales funnel across the acquisition channels


• Establish and manage relevant partnerships that can help add value to the Tech Talent and Business Communities throughout the customer life-cycle.


• Analyse and report results to management, using them to guide future decisions about budget, channels, campaigns and audiences, proactively suggesting improvements.


• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in market to ensure Landing.Jobs stays ahead of the game in its strategy to engage and grow our user base

Requisitos:

• A graduate from Management, Economics or Engineering courses (Bachelor or Masters degree)


• Someone resilient, autonomous, with a ‘get shit done’ attitude, critical thinking and unafraid to assume responsibility


• A data-driven and ambitious person


• Fluent in English, good communicator (written and spoken), not afraid to speak up


• Good organization and interpersonal skills


• Used to a fast-paced demanding environment, and flexible enough to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives


• Able to work well in a remote, async environment, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility

• 9 months internship with non-term contract afterwards (subject to performance review)
