Descrição da Função:your TASKS MAY INCLUDE - Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation; - Motivating the team; - Managing the team daily, according to internal policies; - Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; - Developing action plans for continuous improvement. Requisitos: the NECESSARY BASE TALENT Here’s what we expect: - Native speakers and writers in English, Deutsch or Français or Dutch or Italiano or Español; - Previous experience as a supervisor in a contact center; - Excellent communication skills; - PC literate with good keyboard skills; - Leadership skills; - Ability to make decisions under high levels of stress.
