The Content Acquisition (CA) programme you’ll be joining has been re-looking at the legacy systems and processes across our imprints and working on creating a world-class submissions experience for our global audience of academic researchers and editorial staff. Within the CA programme sits the Peer Reviewing Experience team. This team will deliver solutions to make the peer reviewing experience fast, simple, convenient and rewarding for researchers who take time out of their day to review work of their peers, through a combination of efficient editorial workflows and finding forward-looking solutions for our reviewing researcher’s problems. Working across the Springer Nature imprints, you will work closely with editorial and operational staff and the wider CA product, design and development team. You will have demonstrably used the strategy artefacts to inform your day to day design decisions and those of the team. You will have input into the strategy (for instance, updating the relevant service design blueprint) with new information and data from research as we progress into its execution.
