CGD, the largest financial institution in Portugal, is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team in Lisbon.Responsibilities:

• Functional analysis functions / Technical Product owner in different initiatives focusing on the business / functional component;


• Design of solutions and functional knowledge of applications;

Requisitos:

• 5+ years of professional experience;


• Academic qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Management;


• Experience in Backbase (Omnichannel Platform) + Mulesoft (API Management);


• Functional design of business support solutions;


• Alignment between business and IT;


• Identification of business requirements for systems development;


• Collaborate in the technical specification of the services / API's to be developed to enable the integration between the new omnichannel platform and CGD's Core Banking;


• Positive attitude and resilience to complex environments;


• Have a business vision;


• Proactivity and ease in the relationship;


• Ability to influence;


• Ease of interpersonal relationships;


• Good verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English;


• Positive attitude and resilience to complex environments.


• Work experience with Agile methodologies;

Nice to have:

• Masters in Computer Science or Information Systems
