Data Publicação:12/09/2014 Introdução :Customer Administration Manager team is responsible for the credit, cash application, customer services and collections areas and specific processes within the SSC in line with Service Level Agreements and SSC key objectives. The employee would be involved in the creation and expansion of the SSC and would support integration of migrated activities into the SSC. Descrição da Função:Team Management: - Manager resources allocation within his/her team to ensure efficient and effective utilization; - Recruit, develop and train staff to increase individual productivity; - Motivate the staff and create a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication; - Review team members against monthly targets; - Achive the established quality standards by communicating job expectations, providing direction on priorities and monitoring individual and team performance; Client management and governance: - Build relationship with key points of contact across the processes and other functions; - Definition and review of SSC budget, priorities, investiment and roadmap; - Monitoring service delivery objectives; - Risk mitigation, user committee issues resolution, escalation if needed; Customer Administration functions: - Manage the customer administration process in the Finance SSC (credit, biling, cash application, collection) in compilance with regulatory and management information requirements; - Be responsible for providing management reports regarding the department activities, ensure deadlines are met; - Develop and monitor standards for service delivery; - Work closely with other SSC managers to implement and standardize processes to ensure maximum efficiencies. Requisitos: - 10+ years experience and relevant exposure in customer administration management functions in a multi-national company; - Degree in Finance, Economy, Management or Accounting; - Excel advenced skills; - Experience in Share service environment is desirable; - Good knowledge of Oracle Financial Application; - Good analytical ability; - Good written and verbal communication skills; - English proficiency required; - Good coatching and problem solving skills; - Ability to see the “big picture”; - Excellent customer service skills; - Excellent people skills both for team and customers.
