About INCM and the Digital Security UnitINCM s a Portuguese company recognized, nationally and internationally, as a leader in security products and services. We issue documents used by millions of people on a daily basis, such as the Citizen Card or the Portuguese Electronic Passport, as well as identification documents and passports to other countries.

Keeping with the INCM tradition of innovating, we are developing entirely new digital products and services, which will soon be available on the market. What are you going to doAs a member of the Digital Security Unit, you will participate in the creation of the base systems to support innovative and highly secure software products, as well as in the implementation projects for customers in Portugal and other countries.

Integrated in the Systems team, you will design, implement and maintain the infrastructure for new high security systems, collaborating with the software development and production support teams.

This is a great opportunity to join an international project, actively participating in the construction of the team and in the definition of the technologies we use.
How we work
We work as a team, in multiple locations, mainly teleworking, using collaborative tools, but every now and then, there is a need for physical intervention in our facilities in Lisbon. It is expected that everyone in team contributes to achieving our ambitious objectives, and to improve our tools and work methodologies.

We developed our software on platforms like Java and C#, mostly on Linux, (with Apache, Traefik, Postgres, Nagios and others) with some components on MS Windows. We work with virtualized environments (VMWare and KVM), as well as HSM cryptographic modules and other special physical and digital security components. We are increasing the automation of systems and CI / CD, expanding the use of tools such as Ansible, Docker and Gitlab.

Given the nature of our products, they have to be developed and maintained in accordance with very demanding security norms and standards, such as ISO 27001, ICAO 9303 norms, or the technical norms of the European regulation for electronic identification and transactions (eIDAS).We are looking for motivated professionals to work in a team, motivated by ambitious challenges.

Requisitos:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant technical area such as Computer Engineering


• At least 3 years of experience in the field of systems engineering or systems administration


• Good English skills.


• Knowledge in the area of networks and/or encryption is beneficial.


• Our challenge takes us beyond Portugal, so you must be available to travel, based in INCM
  headquarters, in Lisbon.
