Descrição da Função:Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives to perform Inbound Support by phone, email and chat and use a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts. Our client is seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented applicants with a desire to contribute to world class customer service . This position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems. Requisitos: Education: - A minimum of High School diploma or related work experience Experience Target: - Call Center - Customer Care experience - Basic typing, phone and computer navigation skills - Ability to navigate the Internet, email and Instant Messenger tools Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - French Native Speaker - Français (mandatory) - Strong English skills both spoken and written - Excellent Communication skills - Capable to switch between formal or informal communication depending on situation - Highly empathetic and friendly - Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs - Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers - Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Comprehension skills.
