We are looking for a Team Manager who will be responsible for running daily processes for one of our clients. It is essential that you have vast experience from the contact center business and that you have a great understanding of the challenges in regards to management, client handling, and KPI-reporting. With a team of roughly 40 advisors, we provide multilingual support in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, German and French from our office in Porto. Descrição da Função:Primary Job Responsibilities - To lead the team to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved; - Supervise assigned team to meet or exceed client and corporate goals; - Direct involvement in the recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skills development for all Advisors in the team, ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent; - Maintain and where possible increase associate satisfaction. Requisitos: Experience target - Fluency in English (C1 minimum); - Fluency in Italian (C1 minimum); - Fluency in Spanish (C1 minimum); - Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans occasional weekends, and holidays; - Background as supervisor or manager; - 2 years’ experience in a customer support environment; - High proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel).
