That’s when the Marketing Team kicks in!Our Performance Marketing and CRM team works closely in tackling two distinct (yet very close) challenges: attracting users and activating them.As part of our growth strategy we want to step up our CRM & Email Marketing game and we are looking for a new team member to join us and help in this quest. Some of your main responsibilities and challenges will be:Taking ownership of the email communication a Landing.jobs users receives through their journeyWorking on a plan to ensure we increase the number of conversions originating from email marketing without ever becoming spammy towards our communityCollaborating closely with our product team to ensure we have all the necessary tools to set up, manage and measure all the flows we decide to implementComing up with strategies to maintain our user base engaged and with their profiles updatedYou’ll also be part of our Marketing Team, with all the weight it carries. Whatever we’re working on as a group, will for sure need your input. Requisitos: 2+ years of work experience in CRM, communication, or other relevant marketing spaceFamiliarity with CRM technology including email service providers, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systemsData-driven and analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail (but no robots please)Strong Excel and basic SQL skills (you can bend data to your will)Great communication skills - verbal and written English.
