Descrição da Função:Summary We are looking for a talented and accomplished Technical Account Manager to join our growing business. The Technical Account Manager is the primary contact for the day to day IT service delivery for all campaigns for the agreed clients, operating within the EMEA region. This role also acts as a key interface between IT & Account Management/Operations in the support of current business and growth. The TAM is primarily responsible for ensuring that all technical elements, complaints and feedback regarding IT for the relevant campaigns are managed in an appropriate manner. Moreover, this role will also be responsible for additional interactions such as supporting with technical solutioning and project management, and implementation of new or amended business. Requisitos: Education: - College degree or directly related work experience - Professional training and/or education to manage or provide functional direction to others will be considered advantageous Experience Target: - 3 years’ experience in Technology related roles, preferably with Senior IT customer service experience. Supervisory experience managing - Experience in Onsite Engineering and Client Liaison to large (and potentially complex) clients is preferred (with IT project management) Role Specific Requirements: - Regular travel - Out-of-hours support (when necessary) Skills Target: - Strong management, analytical and leadership skills applying creative solutions to continually enhance the IT service/performance against the designated Client(s) - Ability to interact with the client at all levels and clearly understand the client needs based on experience, convert such needs into requirements, and communicate back within Sitel as appropriate to allocate the required resources and skillset to deliver best performance - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent English (verbal and written communication skills) with strong facilitation and presentation skills; French language skills would also be beneficial but not mandatory - Basic project management and planning skills in order to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects/tasks, with a driven leadership style and good organizational/time management skills - Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions to safeguard both Sitel and the client’s business - In-depth knowledge of the client business and ability to understand and analyze client processes and customer dis-sat drivers, with a view to driving performance and thinking technically, operationally and strategically to achieve both Sitel and client business goals - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high performing teams in a matrix environment - Knowledge of the call centre and BPO business (mandatory) - Technical writing skills, as well as experience in reporting and maintaining documentation to a high standard - Experience of working to ITIL principles, preferably certified to at least foundation level; ITIL v3 preferred, however v2 is also beneficial - Experience of migrating / maintaining IT operations in a compliant & auditable state and ensuring the IT environment is fit for purpose and supports corporate policies Oferece-se:Our Offer At Sitel, we believe our staff is our most important asset and therefore we take pride in finding the best, most talented and driven employees.
