Emprego Data Manager (M/F) Empresa:Landing.Jobs Data Publicação:17/07/2021 Descrição da Função:Gather, transform and analyze HR and business data, enabling the constitution of a robust data management discipline in JM Group with high data quality standards through all stages of the data lifecycle, working in close relationship with the HR functional areas to support HR leadership and functional areas in their HR management and decisions. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the HR Global Database, namely the data load and transformation procedures, and develop the necessary data procedures to incorporate additional dimensions and elements in to the HR Analytical ecosystem, according with the strategy of the Global HR Reporting & Analytics area; Manage and develop ad-hoc reports, and develop the adequate data processes' efficiency projects in collaboration with the HR functional areas; Maintain a solid data dictionary towards a clear and aligned employee mapping discipline in JM Group, always in alignment with the HR Reporting pilar. Develop a strong data quality monitoring process, identifying data issues and articulating with the necessary stakeholders to understand the root cause and propose a mitigation strategy; Manage the development and continuous improvement process of the Data Warehouse in collaboration with the IT Team; Support the Head of HR Reporting and Analytics in the revision of the HR data strategy and work closely with the other team members, assisting with data management and HR reports generation when needed, contributing with a critical-thinking approach and actively participate with improvement opportunities proposals; Actively collaborate with the functional areas in order to assess their needs, providing the adequate assistance in terms of data analysis and the internal HR reports, in order to support HR information analysis and management decisions; Follow the best practices in the market regarding data, reporting and analytics, in order to propose the implementation of the suitable ones to JM Group. Requisitos: Education background in Economics, Engineering, Statistics or IT; Advanced data management skills to transform raw data into final data sets for analysis;Advanced reporting skills with ability to segment / filter data to customize views for different users;Advanced user of MS Office and VBA. Knowledge of standard databases, both operational and analytical (e.g. SAP HR; SAP Success Factors and SQL); Visualization systems and tools expertise (e.g. Power BI, Qlik sense) and SPSS software or an equivalent analytics package. Results interpretation and insights; Statistic and data mining advanced skills; Results interpretation and actionable insights production and communication to non-technical teams; Research skills and ability to transform analytical trends into actual initiatives; Communication and interpersonal expertise in order to manage stakeholders needs in a multinational environment.
